1.Respected Sir At this time only registered users of my book able to ask their stock questions and only one stock in once a moth is allowed due to time restrictions, You will sent your question on my e mail ID mahesh2073@yahoo.com or make a blog comment on any of my blog post.
2.PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD is a 10 rupee face value finance company.
3. Stock of PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD traded at 44.85 , Year high of stock is 73.15, year low 37.10 so year high/low ratio is below 2 which is good as my theory ( new readers please refer my book or this link to understand this year high/low ratio concept Terms Used In Mahesh Kaushik Research Reports
4.Promoters of PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD hold 60 % shares (without any pledged share) and FII hold 10.85 % stocks DII hold 2.96 % stocks, these are normal.
5.PTC INDIA FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD is a Dividend paying company which pay 1 rupee dividend in 2015,2014 and 0.40 rupee dividend in 2013
6. No any bulk deal is recorded in last 2 year , that is also fine.
7. Ptc India net Sale per share of FY 14-15 is only 14.26 So this ratio is against my theory, this is the reason that why I not recommended this stock on my home page (www.maheshkaushik.com),
As my net sale per share concept this is wise to buy this stock below 14.26 and PTC India is available near or below 14.25 in year 2012 and 2013.( So 2012 and 2013 was right time to invest in this stock)
See my latest video to learn how I calculate net sale per share and why ratio is used to define a stock target :-

8. Base price ( 3 year average price) of PTC india is also 28.51 so this is not wise to buy this stock at this higher level of 44

Is it wise to invest in IPO`s?

Dear Mahesh ji
Namaskar
Thank you very much, just finished reading your book. Excellent ideas, will fallow it. Thanks once again. If you can your opinion on new coming IPO' s it will be excellent. Best regards, Narayana BN
1. First of all I want to tell my readers that stock offer in IPO`S are not a cheap buy or value buy because companies also charge premium in IPO's.
2. Most of new investors think that stock offers in IPO are offer on face value but it is not true, stocks in IPO's also offer on premium like seconder markets.
3. For example in 2007 first source solution Ltd IPO iscome in the market. This stock offer @ 64 per share in IPO which mean 10 rupee as face value and 54 rupee as premium and now after 8 year FSL stock traded at 32.75 so in this 10 year IPO investors lost their 50% wealth .
4. In 2011 I recommended first source solution stock @ 13 only read this recommendation here:-
5. So secondary market investor gain 200 % plus profits on their investment and first source solution is not a single example , I have more then 500 examples where stock temporary rise after a new listing but within one year of listing market give actual valuation for this stock and in most of cases we see price of stock fall below IPO price.
6. See this list of my multi-bagger recommendations where every stock of my recommendation is traded below IPO price MULTIBAGGER STOCK IDEAS 2015
7.So in my view it is not wise to invest in new IPO’s always wait one year after listing and then buy a stock, In this line my famous view on Coal India IPO also help-full for you, read it here :-
MAHESH KAUSHIK VIEW ON COAL INDIA
8.Recently I recommended a new penny stock T&I Global Ltd read it here

Shree Hari Chemicals Exports Ltd

Dear Mahesh ji,Wanted your views on Shree Hari Chemicals. Its a debt free company, promoters stake is around 48%, dividend paying co. however, high low ratio is bit high. So can u help me. Regards Ripal Gabhawala Id : 14574
1. Shree Hari Chemicals Exports Ltd is a 10 rupee face value stock which currently traded at 91.15
2. Book value of Shree Hari Chemicals Exports Ltd is 119.04 So CMP is below book value.
3. Year high of Shree Hari Chemicals Exports Ltd is 193.85 year low 65.60 , Year high/low ratio is above 2 , which is a concern, because I think when a stock down more then 50% within a year then revival in stock price may be take more time. so in this type of stock your holding period is long for decent gains.
4. Promoters holding in Shree Hari Chemicals Exports Ltd is 48.18 % and they increase it from 46.25 %, that's good.
5. Shree Hari Chemicals Exports Ltd is a dividend paying company and pay 1 rupee dividend in last year.
6. Shree Hari Chemicals Exports Ltd have too many bulk deals see details of these bulk deals here

so these bulk deals also shown speculative activity/ price instability in this stock and in my theory I avoid a stock which have bulk deals in last 2 years.
7.Net sale per share is 294 which is also good.
8. So overall stock is good in fundamental criteria s but may be risky due to recent bulk deals and in-stable year high/low ratio.

Clarification About Base Price

Hello Maheshji sir,
 Namaste.
First of all thank you so much for writing such a nice book.
I would like to ask a question related to Base price: For trading: if the stock is up 5-10% from it's base price it is strong buy. which is clear.
Now my question is related to investor purpose: you mentioned below 20% base price stock is good buy. What if stock is in falling trend fall for 20 % and falling more- should we still buy it or should we look for the stock which is up in trend and reaching the below 20% level from the base price. How to find/understand the trend of the stock if it's moving up or down for short and long both period.
Also if you could provide your analysis on Monte Carlo and IDFC, that would be great help.
Thank you so much in advance for all your help.
Hope to learn more from you in the future.
 Thanks, Manish registration ID 14581
1. Manish ji, first of all your welcome in sharegenius family, please do not forget ask only one question in a month, in your mail you have 3 separate questions first about base price second about monte carlo and third about IDFC.
2. You ask "if stock is in falling trend fall for 20 % and falling more- should we still buy it or should we look for the stock which is up in trend and reaching the below 20% level from the base price. ?"
3. If you find any stock which is in up trend and just reach below 20 % level from base price then it is a sure buy , but finding of this type of stock is very hard for manual finding.
4. your next query is "if stock is in falling trend fall for 20 % and falling more- should we still buy it?" in this condition check year high/low ratio of stock if this ratio is below 2 then you may buy it but your waiting period for decent return in this situation is long term means 1-2 years.
5. you may find such type of stocks at my main website www.maheshkaushik.com
6. Now we take your stocks for a short analysis first Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd is a 10 rupee face value stock which year high/low is also below 2 but this is an avoid due to recent bulk deal and huge falls in net sales.
7. IDFC is also an avoid in my theory due to low net sale per share ( which is 57 so I think buy below 57 is a best value for IDFC).
Read my recent research about dividend reinvestment in mutual fund schemes:-
Why mutual fund dividend reinvestment option is better than growth option?
8. Discloser:- I Mahesh Chander Kaushik author of this research report is an existing research analyst and passed NISM certification for research analysts. Me and my associates or relatives have/have not any actual/beneficial ownership of one percent or more securities of the subject company(IDFC and Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd). 3. Me and my associates or relatives have /have not any other material conflict of interest at the time of publication of the research report. 4. Me and my associates or relatives have/have not not received any type of compensation from the subject company(IDFC and Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd) in the past twelve months. 5.
